This is the Masterplan I talked about at the County Meeting last Thursday. The plan is open for comments until November 2nd. Below is the link you can open or copy to your browser and bring it up to view. During our review of it , we found that the snowmobile trail in Devil’s Lake State Park is not marked on the Park Map in the plan. This is very concerning.

Please let John know that we want the snowmobile trail placed back on the Devil’s Lake State park map in the plan. We also ask that the snowmobile trails be located on the maps of all DNR managed properties.
It is important to remember that One of the original arguments made by the Friends of Blue Mounds State Park is that while the snowmobile trail was listed in the original master plan, the trail was not located on the plan’s park map.Thanks to all!
